Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and helping them achieve their cyber security and compliance goals. The Account Manager will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the IT or cyber security industry
- Strong understanding of cloud, cyber security technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop proposals and quotes
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively
- Provide regular reports and updates on account activity, including forecasts and pipeline management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cyber security and cloud technologies.
