Sales Executive Job:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for experienced, personable and determined sales person to work on one of the industry’s most competitive uncapped commission structures building and maintaining customer accounts in an industry with exponential growth! If you have a passion for driving sales and working to targets then read on.

The role offers a basic salary, but the real opportunity is from the commission that you will generate from sales. The potential to earn is exponential and 1st year earnings can be anything between £25k and £50k. 2nd years earnings can be anything between £50k and £100k. Our top earners will make in excess of this and you can expect to see an increase year on year, as your existing account base grows.

We have partnered with global technology vendors include Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Imperva, Fortinet and Proof Point to name a few.

Job Profile:

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive, to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be great at building lasting customer relationships and target focused with sales skills and experience. It's important that you are confident and have excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport. Over time with guidance you will get a great understanding of our solutions and pitch them to customers always striving to find the best fit for the individual needs of the customers. To succeed in this position, you must have the drive to learn and adapt, will to succeed, problem-solving skills and be self-motivated.

We have a strong training ethos and from the moment you start at the Company your training will begin, you will be working under a leader carrying out initial duties which include but not limited to:
  • Cold calling customers with regards to their IT, Security and offering new technologies, renewing their current solutions or alternative solutions to meet their needs
  • Achieving personal targets of sales and gross contribution.
  • Identifying new profitable sales opportunities with existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Creating proposal and quotation documents.
  • Competing with other players in a competitive market and ensuring that our products and professional services are an attractive option

Our Offer:
  • Basic Salary up to £25k per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Generous uncapped OTE
  • Working hours 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
  • Company Pension
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Birthday day off

Skills & Experience:
  • IT Sales: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Solution Selling: 2 year (Required)
  • B2B Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Commercial Acumen - Experience in building/closing a book of business
  • Will to Win - Ownership and perseverance in achieving goals
  • Quick Learner - Ability to quickly process new information and draw on existing knowledge to apply to new situations
